I have been experiencing weight loss challenges for the past six years following cortisone treatment after a positive result in my sells test. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to achieve weight loss. I find your videos to be a great source of inspiration and motivation. I will continue to watch your videos and appreciate your guidance. As I only eat 1 meal per day, I'll definitely try to improve my meals intake

My husband has an "old" truck (1988 Dodge) that he's restored in our garage. He takes it to local car shows and my 2 little boys love it. Glad Ryan got his dream car! 😊

Do you eat egg whites because of your hashimotos or to keep it low cal? And how much tomato products can you have? I’ve been watching your videos for a few years now and knew you had thyroid issues. I just got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and have to get further testing to figure out if it’s Hashimotos or Graves; I have all the symptoms of hashimotos though. I am trying to figure out what food I can keep vs eliminate from my diet.
