    I have been experiencing weight loss challenges for the past six years following cortisone treatment after a positive result in my sells test. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to achieve weight loss. I find your videos to be a great source of inspiration and motivation. I will continue to watch your videos and appreciate your guidance. As I only eat 1 meal per day, I'll definitely try to improve my meals intake

    Love your what I eat in a day videos! Thanks for your honesty too with not knowing what to make at times! My husband and I struggle constantly with this because I'm a vegetarian and he's a meat and potatoes guy. Anyway, where did you get that adorable daisy set?? It's so cute!

    My husband has an "old" truck (1988 Dodge) that he's restored in our garage. He takes it to local car shows and my 2 little boys love it. Glad Ryan got his dream car! 😊

    I'm just starting this program. 45 lb weight loss is my goal. I have a high allergy to gluten & also have psoriasis. I'm really hoping that this will work & keeping inflammation down and my immune system up.

    I have a question. I am on a wellness / health fitness journey. I am 4’11” and 170 I have already lost 70lbs. I am trying to tighten skin due to weight lose and build strength. I am 54 years old. How much protein should I eat in a day?

    Do you eat egg whites because of your hashimotos or to keep it low cal? And how much tomato products can you have? I’ve been watching your videos for a few years now and knew you had thyroid issues. I just got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and have to get further testing to figure out if it’s Hashimotos or Graves; I have all the symptoms of hashimotos though. I am trying to figure out what food I can keep vs eliminate from my diet.

    I have been making goals every month and weekly ones inside of that and higher protein is one of them! I don’t eat pork or red meat though I need ideas 🤔
