- This is a bit more of a vlog type video that we make each time a new stove gets sent to us and we first put it in one of the fireplace. This one is Woodwarm Fireview. A lot of people have been asking us to take a look at WoodWarm, so this is our first foray!

Always good to see the pair of you in front of the camera 👍🏻
Looking forward to the review guys.
Regards
Tony
We bought our Woodwarm Eco 5 9 months ago and absolutely love it! So much better than our Clearview in every way that we have in another room. We couldn’t recommend it enough.
That’s an interesting comparison, what’s better about it over the Clearview?
Love the traditional look and does look a cleverly engineered stove look forward to seeing the review guys 🔥
When you guys present together it takes the videos to another level. 👍🏻
I’ll tell Amy. It definitely takes some convincing for her to get in front of the camera.
@@TheTortoise oh she’s a natural. Honestly I think it’s a lovely balance with Amy bringing another perspective and giving you the ability for you to ‘bounce’ off her comments and questions.
I thought it might work. Shes telling me right now, she hates it and it needs to never happen again 😂
It is a fantastic stove, this is what I have, any spares I need I get them direct from Woodwarm, can’t wait to see the bigger model review.
Kind regards,
Johnny
Hope you enjoy it!
Glad to see a Woodwarm review!
Hope the other one is a Woodwarm Phoenix - They’re better than the fireview imo.
Two air controls and handles are cool to touch when in use
😆 It is a Phoenix!
Looking forward to the review :)
Marvelous! I've been really looking forward to a Woodwarm review - and now we're having two! Many thanks! ... and just to add, my Woodwarm (Fireview eco traditional 7kw) operates with the control pushed to the right for wood burning... however, with a decent bed of ash if you push the control very slightly to the left it will reduce the air even more (even with a DEFRA kit) and makes an overnight burn super easy.
Sounds interesting, glad to hear yours is working well.
@@TheTortoise @johnathanchambers5131 to the left if primary air only until the very end when it opens the secondary fully as well. Yes you can, as you say with enough ash, run over night, but it is dirty burning, keep your flue swept
Looking forwards to seeing you run it. The Charnwood Skye range have a very similar system where the base changes for wood/coal.
Yea I need to look at one of those one day and see how it compares.
I have the older discontinued Woodwarm Fireview 4.5kw stove the last 11 years heating my narrowboat home. Simply the best item I bought for it. So controllable, easy to live with. Burn mostly smokeless coal. Only items replaced 2 years ago. Fireboards and stove door ropes. Inner glass replaced as coal etched/crazed. Grate riddle link bars, need replacing as riddle recently stopped working.
Have it lit tonight burning Homefire coal or Oxbow red and a log. Glass stays pretty clean. Cost £769.00 when new. Have optional 8,000 btu steel boiler heating 2 rads (£140 boiler). Rear heat shield. Build quality excellent. Lit 24/7 in colder Winters. Stays in for around 12 hours on Red.
Sounds like you’re getting the best out of it. Glad to hear it!
I thought wifey had marigolds on with no fingers 👀 great review.
