- How I wash my own car!! REGULAR MAINTENANCE WASH. In this video, you’ll see how I wash my own car. I will show you all the steps I go through to detail the exterior and make it look great! After watching this video, you’ll be able to replicate these steps and wash your car at home and make it look great too!

Here are the steps we are going to cover in this video, showing you how to wash your car properly:
1. We clean the wheels and tires
2. We do a pre-wash of the car with a foam cannon
3. We wash the paintwork using the two bucket method
4. We dry the paint
5. We protect the paint with a spray-on ceramic sealant
6. We clean and protect the windows
7. We apply a tire dressing as a final touch

Great videos Pan! I am in Calgary and we have a bylaw that makes it against the law to wash our cars with any detergents. If I washed and detailed my car like yours for sure I would get a fine. Dumb!

Great video! I can spend 4 hours washing my cars and detailing them. I find it enjoyable and relaxing. I am surprised that all these years I would clean the wheels after washing the cars. It does make more sense to wash them first. I am also going to switch to the two bucket method.

That's one super clean ride man. Just started getting in to it. Bought some autofinesse products over the weekend. And im loving it. Well most of it.
Applying the aqua coat, which i quite like, it gets harder for me to hand dry the car. As it seems im just pushing the water around and not drying it completely, having to use two towels instead which takes me longer to proper dry it out.
Sorry if i had any mistakes as english isn't my first language.

Hi Pan, another great video. Best detailing channel out there hands down. If you are open to suggestions for future video projects, I think it would be really cool to do a video on what can be accomplished on a budget with less high end detailing products. For example 'Detailing on a 50 dollar Amazon/Canadian Tire/Part source budget' :) I think many getting into detailing are inspired by your videos but sometimes a little scared off by the prices of some of the equipment and chemicals themselves!

Although an awesome suggestion, I don't expect he will use anything less than the best products on his own rides, but yes, since vast majority of people live pay check to paycheck, it would make sense to at least include other options along side the best.
I have a pressure washer at home and in 2021 i got a 2021 nissan armada so I have watched your video and it was very helpful in getting car wash done at home.
