DUDE you are killing it my man. That is an amazing first year. Brandon's program changed our lives to and I just love seeing these videos and seeing others win... Warms my heart.
Not really surprised. I feel like if someone has the character traits for 300k+ and especially in a sales background, they can switch industries and make bank. I’m sure he’d do well as a car sales guy too or insurance. But I sure am glad to be selling houses above all else
No body is mentioning a listing presentation. I can go I make the cold calls, I offer cash as a buyer. I would like to see a listing presentation since its been eons since I used do 3 a month in another life
We actually have 2. One for the brokerage (large commercial style) and a small on I purchased prior to the brokerage getting one. It’s the Bantam NextDraw
Cool story, but honestly guy kind have came into it with a leg up being able to afford 6 ISA’s so it’s a little less relatable to someone who has to really grind it out by themselves. It’s like two guys going to gym to get fit and one is 200 pounds overweight and the other is 10 pounds away from a six pack. Lol
Absolutely some truth there and I wouldn’t disagree. However, I was able to get to my first 6 figures in corporate sales life (Verizon) while all my coworkers made much less because I out worked them. Everything begins and ends with the work.
@dustincrosby Great episode. Thank you so much for everything you shared. how much did it help you to have your partner go into this with you and describe how so? For example, do you divide up the tasks/deliverables and the different parts of the business? Thank you

Brandon can you make a updated video with a listing presentation?
I thought unlicensed people cold calling in Texas was illegal. I’m in East Texas. Pretty cool

@@dustincrosby how do we get in touch with you Dustin
@@dustincrosby I would love to know what company you're using for the virtual assistants. Any help would be much appreciated!
Are you writing handwritten cards after a listing appointment or after first call? I’m kind of lost
After the initial call where you can see there is a real opportunity.
@@dustincrosby Hello Dustin. I'm in the NJ market but not in BM's program. Could I sync with you if you a minute?
Can you provide where you got the handwriting robot? I write 5-10 handwritten cards per day, and it is too time consuming. Thanks!!

Random question: does anybody know where Brandon gets his blazers? He always wears some really sharp jackets. Just wondering. Thanks.
Where does he get the leads to give to the ISA’s?
We purchase through a skip tracing service. Hit me up and I’m sure we can save you some cash on it
