This is a great video. I sold 25 deals my first 6 months in real estate and 75 deals by the end of that first calendar year. Did it by knocking doors. My biggest regret was that I didn’t hire an official coach out of the gate. I waited too long and relayed on my previous 12 years of door knocking.
Door knocking and a coach that is. Although...gotta admit, its a little convienent that you're also a realtor coach for hire lol. I will bite. I'll report back in the comments with my honest review.
I came across your channel through this video-case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.
You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
That sounds like a good plan. In the past two years, working closely with a financial market specialist, I've built a six-figure diversified stock portfolio. Now, I aim to diversify even more this year.
Talking about a financial market specialist, do you consider anyone worthy of recommendations? I have about 100k to test the waters now that large cap stocks are at a discount... Thanks
“NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE’’ is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Hey Brandon, love your content. I was wondering if you have videos or if you could make a video summarizing the entire real estate transaction process from the perspective of the real estate agent, starting from first contact with lead to finalizing the home sale and getting commission. Thanks!
Brandon… if I may, I have a suggestion. There is an agent in California who I think you should interview. He is the person who inspired the Mike Ferry Organization. You may know of him already. But, I think you, your channel, and your audience can benefit from having a sit down with him about his story. He’s an immigrant. Mexican. But, he’s also an orphan. The guy last year generated over 1billion in real estate sales, 30million in commissions, NET to him. Nobody’s interviewed him. He has one condition: “The person who’s interested has to door knock with me all day”, he says. His name is…. FROYLAN CANDELARIO.
Awesome video! I've learned to embrace the challenges, stay humble, and understand that success in real estate takes time. Every call is a chance to improve, and every difficulty is a way to grow. It's about being consistent and trusting that the work I'm putting in now will pay off in the future.
Hi Brandon. Your content is amazing. I’ve been licensed for a month and I’m struggling on how to start, as far as where do I go to look for FSBO’s and FRBO’s and if you get an appointment is that when you put a strategy together to pitch to them? Thanks for all of the help.
I really appreciate this video. I think you provided excellent advice. I look forward to this video on 11/21/2024 to see the progression and the results of his business in one year. I am getting officially started with real estate business myself, and just like him I want to develop my autonomy via real estate. Thank you.
Does anyone know where he gets his lists from. I have used people off of Facebook previously and it seems like over 70% are on the dnc list or duds. I know this is how it is for some leads, but any advice ?
I just got my license here in Knoxville, TN a few weeks ago. I am discouraged hearing it will take 3 hours a day of prospecting to make 200K in GCI. I can't afford to quit my W-2 at this time so I am only doing this part time. I feel like I will not have the time to make this work?
Explain because also at the 3 month mark I’ve waisted at least a month and a half on just onboarding…every thing my brokerage throws at me seems to be designed to waste my time and money.
Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.

So!!!!!??? Are you still a “ working” real estate agent today???
Best advice for leads?
No regrets. You now know the value. A buddy of mine in financial services swears by it.

I moved to Nashville randomly and didn’t know anyone except my small church. My story is very similar!
I am a realtor in NC and planning to move to Nashville as well. How long have you been practicing there? Any way I can reach out to you directly?
I’m in Nashville now trying to get a start

I moved to NC from PA but the church is a fantastic way to start!

A whole lot of nothing was shared in this interview. But I guess the expired listings nugget is a little helpful. Thanks
how does he find his expired listings?

Is this coaching available for a new agent with limited funds ? I’m almost 2 months in and I’ve only done rentals…
This guy is a beast!! Love it!!
