Why Ty was talking about motivation for making the calls, I couldn't help but think of the famous quote by the great Alabama coach, Nick Saban: "There are two pains in life. There is the pain of discipline and the pain of disappointment. If you can handle the pain of discipline, then you'l never have to deal with the pain of disappointment"
Hey Brandon, I’ve been watching your videos since July and I’ve been using your tips on my sales strategy. Your tips helped me generate leads and I’m currently working with 5 clients because of this. Thank you Brandon!
@romeowng.RealEstate this is absolute gold. I guess what I'm confused about is if your business is doing well with just watching videos like these. Would you kill me if I asked you what your business would look like if you moved forward with coaching?
I love the info and hearing from a new agent that was able to grow his business is awesome. However, I know agents that close between 70-80 transactions a year from door knocking and open houses. Cold calling isn't the only way, everything works if you do the work. The sales don't happen from the first touch (open house, cold call, door knock, ad click), the sales happen from the follow up. I'd love to hear more about how Brandon teaches agent to nurture their pipeline.
Brandon. Long time watcher here. Noticing a significant slow down of the market lately. Love to see a video of your take on the longer days on market and slower buyer activity on listings.
Good luck Will! Welcome to the club. There’s some great information and advice on here but you’ll hear Brandon saying it over and over again. Get the hours in, make as many calls as possible and you’ll make mistakes but it’s not as bad as you think it is. Get yourself organised and learn your landscape, learn the market. And stay consistent! All the best bro!
I’d argue that door knocking is the fastest way for first year realtors to explode their business. 50+ your first year is totally doable this route. We’re seeing it all the time with other realtors
Two things that were not clear to me. 1) how do you get the contact information from the withdrawns you pull directly from the MLS 2) do you follow up with your personal phone number or with the dialer?

COngratulations TY... glad we were able to meet and this worked for you!!!!!!!!
I assumed the same when I got my license. I insist that this talk should be part of the license training as well as true costs involved.
