Koso Thunderbolt headlight? I swapped it on my first gen MT-09 and the test ride at night was a shock, the thing is super bright and cast a really wide beam. Definitely worth the cost. 🤙 Really nice work, both of ya, keep it up!
Thank you so much mate and yes this light is definitely a popular one through the cafe scene and many other bikes as you know. Thanks for the kind words.
Nice video Dan, excellent job on CB750 and Crystal's bike. Crystal you are doing a great job with your bike, you will have a very cool ride at the end. Ride safe, Cheers
Yes Dan, you live in a beautiful part of Oz & should show the bikes of in picturesque spots (sand surf & rivers). I thought Jaycar where i live were the only ones where you had to pull the front door open but apparently not haha... Great job like the lift : )
Hi Dan, I would go for that table but don't think will be easy lol. Just finished my second cx500 , bought it just before covid and I went out yesterday for first road test, It has been in boxes for 10 years when I bought it and so far rides lovely. Just 20 miles as it was freezing air. Would be nice to send you pics but Im not into any of those social media things lol. Tell Cristal she's doing great and would love to see all that work done when the bike is on the road , I put 189 labour hours on mine. Great way to desconect from the world, Thanks. Gus
Thank you mate, and I’ll definitely let her know, you’re welcome to send me pictures via email. You’ll find my email address in the description of this video. That’s super exciting that you’ve done your second bike and I completely agree with you about giving you want to disconnect from the world and do something you enjoy.

@@rickmancr then you need one hand to hold the gasket paper, another hand to hold the bolt and nut thingy and yet another hand to swing the hammer. My way only needs 2 hands, one for the paper and another for the hammer, its how i have been doing it for the last 40 plus years.
Do you find 6mm bar is strong enough for the gearchange? I made my own but had to put an 10mm aluminium sleeve on it as was bending when in compression and the gearchange was a bit vague. Mine was quite a bit longer though. Interested to hear your feedback
Due to the fact that stainless the 6mm should be perfectly fine as you said it’s quite a bit shorter than yours but it wouldn’t hurt to be fit up a bit it’s just that I don’t think I really needed to.
Dan the Man! You've certainly picked up some skills on your yt journey! That trailer with the forklift was really handy! Did you make it? ☺ A bit fast, this film. There are so many good things to learn from your films. I think they are worth watching in a slower pace. For instance, that cirkle "rouler"! Keep the films coming! And a riding film on the 750 would be nice. Preferably without background music. 😁
Mate, move your cursor over the playing video & a toolbar appears at the bottom, so click the Settings icon (looks like a cog), click on Playback Speed & select a speed that you like. 👍
Thank you mate I always try and keep my videos fun to watch and fast paced as the world has less attention span than what they used to. I do understand what you’re saying though.
@@CafeRacerGarage All good, Dan. 👍 I'm a huge fan of you & your channel. It so happens that like @johnnemaster2348, I'm slow on the up-take so I often use the playback speed adjustment on channels & that's what inspired me to post my tip. I don't have to use it a lot, but it comes in handy when UA-camrs speak at a machine gun pace, then pause & do it again, which is extremely frustrating. Having said that, I'm comfortable in saying that I've never used it on your channel because you always come across as chilled & articulate. Love your work & please give Kristal (sp?) a hug from me, I adore her willingness to learn & her give-it-a-go attitude, which is sadly missing in quite a few blokes that I know.
Terrific production work on this vid, Dan. The garage is looking pretty darn awesome. I think your subscribers would like to meet your pool pet one of these days! 🏍👍🏍
Hi Dan and Crystal, sorry if my question bordering on privacy. How tall is Crystal? Does she need to tip toe when riding the cb400? My height is only 160cm, I'm trying to build a cb250 atm
You guys make me cringe. Flip flops.... I was welding a home built table from scratch and had on the wrong foot protection. Guess what fell on my big toe and right forward foot? My fault. A horror movie was less gruesome. And medical follow up was comedic. Wear foot protection, Dan. You don't need to devote a year and a half of your life to get back to normal.
Yes definitely want to see rides on the bikes, especially finished builds. A ride with Crystal would be nice with comms as well

The ball pein side of a ball pein hammer works much better for marking the holes,
It’s actually a pretty good idea
Screw a domed nut on a bolt and tap the head of the bolt with the other side of the ball pein hammer. :-)
