Dan, not sure if you changed something about how you explain the process with this video but I find it way better than anything else you did. Love it. Oh, and from the sketches - I think the red with that vintage honda logo on the tank is looking better
Thank you mate, Im glad you said that, I am testing a few new things so I will try and keep this style and format as Ive had some great feedback so far :)
Welcome back Dan, missed my fortnightly dose of inspiration and amazement. The green rocks for me. Super cool that you have Jet doing some of the fab work on his. Used the KBS after your recommendation last time, great kit. Love the slight rise on the sub-frame. Cant wait to see how the build goes.
Thank you, mate, I just needed to take a little time to work on the business side of things; however Im still making videos and have lots more to share with you
Hi Dan, great channel! Mate completely random question.....are you still happy with the 3008g lathe you got 4 years ago? Do you still use it and have there been any issues? Would really appreciate your thoughts if you have time. Many thanks, cheers Steve
@@CafeRacerGarage Ah yes. In Victoria our RWC process is not friendly to modifications... Have done similar to an already registered bike, knowing that it will never be able to be sold/ transferred without a great deal of effort
Great question mate. Due to it being such a perfect fit the wires generally will keep it in. A tiny price of double sided tape could also work or you could drill a hole from the underside of the hoop and tap a thread to use a stainless grub screw to really lock it in place if you wanted. I’m pretty happy with how it sits because once it’s in the hole the wires hold it in place so I don’t really need to use any sort of fixing.😁
good grief just go to harbor fright and get a gallon of evaporust, $12 .. DONE, and it leaves s tiny layer of anti flash rust inhibitor as well . . easy peasy fappin cheesy

Muito bom como funciona esse plasma
Looks great. Question as a hobby builder... Is the bike already registered/on a permit or will it be getting engineered?
@@josephmmeade all depends on the country/state you live in, this is not a registered bike as of yet

Hey man love your videos. I was wondering how do you fix the taillight in thr insert?
Great question mate. Due to it being such a perfect fit the wires generally will keep it in.
