Thanks guys for the video, bought a second hand Major Electronic and it was all caked up so very helpful!
Nice Show
Thanks!
Can i pour water down the bur part? Coz the grinder was in storage and just found out that it's covered in rat droppings. Any idea on how to disinfect the grinder?
Hi guys, is this video the same for the Mazzer Royal? I use mine in a home environment, it has Ti burrs and I'm wondering how often I should clean the burrs?
Mazzer burr cleaning is dependent on how oily your beans are, and how much you're grinding. We'd suggest running Grindz through about once a month, and doing a deep cleaning of the burrs every 3 months or so, if it's not too oily.
I love cleaning my Mazzer Mini-E. Do you have any recommendations for food-grade grease to lube up the top burr carrier threads? Mine are pretty gummed up with coffee dust and old grease... THANKS! (:
Hi there! Saeco Brew Unit Lubricant could probably do the trick: www.seattlecoffeegear.com/saeco-brew-unit-lubricant
Thanks! -Kaylie

mbarigian Indeed, it is! -Kaylie
I have had one of these grinders 15 years in my cafe never cleaned it!!! Afraid what I will find...probably cemented together....
In a cafe and never cleaned it? Dear god
My boss glued the thing in there I think because there is white cream on and around the grind chamber... I can't get to the burrs. Dfuq
