Hello Hoon good video my suggestion to remove the bottom burr backplate . Most of the time. It has a lot of coffee ground as well. I have removed the doser on mine mazzer sj. thank you for introduce mazzer grinder. I love it.
My advice hoon use chilldren toothbrush to clean the burr and dont use vacuum cleaner its useless but use small leaf blower to blow inside the grinder, trust me you will see the difference....
Great stuff as always. I'm bidding for one of these on ebay, right now. I was wondering, how does the grind quality compare with the Sage (Breville) Barista Express Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machine? Any thoughts. I intend to load it with two or three days worth of beans and once set up use it until it's empty then replace the beans with a different blend.

why do you not recomend it for hose?
i use rice to clean my coffee grinder
