That’s a good idea! We’ve done that a number of times and they were able to email us with a summary of the exact issue. It made it very easy to fix the problem and get the GMC account reinstated.

It's more luck than anything these days... I had NO issue getting dropshipping MCs approved right away and they blocked another one (that was NOT even a dropshipping store) right away! Go figure. I have been doing Google Ads for years and it's based on a crazy number of factors as well. Especially the trust factor. So you are better off starting on FB first and get that trust factor. Even though FB is even worse at suspending accounts in 2021!
I target audience in the USA, but I see keywords for the Czech Republic because I live there and I need to see USA results for keywords to know my competition... Do you have some idea to solve my problem? Even general idea really helps me..
Well as I commented on one of your videos recently, I used products that I actually own with my own custom images that you can’t find anywhere else and still received a suspension. Granted I was using a gmail email as part of my contact info, maybe if used a professional email instead it may help. Im just wondering, perhaps if you have apps on your store that build trust such as Tidio chat may actually help you?
Hey Mark, there are a lot of different causes of the suspension. Today we fixed a store that just didn’t have their contact details on the website. Once fixed we were able to request the review and get unsuspended very quickly. It will be different for each store.
I think the biggest problem is the product images it’s like very problematic situation like everything can be changed the design the text but images .... And about the plan it’s a video with or without a checking from a person from your side on my site ?
Drop shipping is out of control.. Too many bad apples taking advantage of small business owners.. ESP ones listed on amazon. Lets not get started about 3 country drop shipping.. They popup on google for every amazon item that's listed. Most drop shippers don't even get permission like they should.
Agreed ! It can work (as a fulfilment model) but there are people setting up stores without thinking about the customer experience (terrible customer support, 4 week shipping times, low quality products).

Damn, I just paid a Fiverr guy $97 to help me with my suspension. He gave me a list of things I can do to bring my trust score up. He didn't even mention that I didn't have my Return Policy setup in my GMC. I found out on my own by going through my settings. Now I'm here to find more resources to get unsuspended. Should've looked here first.

That's weird... You can pay for ads no issue, but free listing is always a issue 😭
