Aaron, this is really awesome. THANK YOU! The names of product groups come out as '123432' numbers, you'd have to hover over it to know which product it refers to. Is there a way to show product names in that column?
Hi Benedict, you can see the product names if you go to the products sections BUT then you can't use the exclude function. For my campaigns as I break them out into individual products I just roll over the number with my mouse to see the product name. BUT in most cases I am more interested in the data than the products so usually I just focus on the data like CTR, cost & conversions rather than the product name
your content is real quality and helpful...however there's too much echo in your room...maybe a different mic could help with that with some surface dampening as well
Hi Aaron. This has helped so much. Quick question - I have three overlapping themes of products, Galaxy projectors, smart lighting (eg table lamps, wall lights, floor lamps) and gaming/movie/music lights (which include wall lights etc). Would you suggest having these in different campaigns when gaming lights and smart lights overlap, but usually have different audiences? or would you recommend one campaign with 3 ad groups as mentioned in one of your "set up shopping campaign" videos from earlier this year? Thanks heaps!
Do you have thumb rule for metrics to close/shut down a product? For example: exclude product of CTR is below 1%? or exclude if 100 impressions and 0 clicks? Thanks a lot
The key to success in Google ads is being able to see the data, but Google regularly releases DSP advertising products where you can't see the data... lol. gee I wonder why they do that?
Hi Aaron! Great content, first time hearing about these bid adjustments by location, device etc. None of the Google ads gurus have talked about this yet! I tried to do a bid adjustment by location (eg, WA, QLD, SA etc) however my only option is to adjust based on the target location: Australia. How can I do the adjustment based on state, city etc? Did I have to enter all locations state by state while setting up the campaign? Thank you
Hi i came across your video. Im having a Problema with my first Shopping camping. The camping is enable but not producing impresiones. So not getting clics. I look every where. Cant find the issue. Can you help
Hey Aaron, appreciate all the info in this video! I took over a clothing brand account with a catch all that was performing pretty well at a 4.34 ROAS for the month. I decided to segment all the products into ad groups by type ie shorts, tees, etc and now the performance dropped. Will it return to previous performance over time? Should I have left that alone? Thanks in advance!
Hey Aaron, I noticed if I run manual and performance max campaigns(PMC) for shopping ads simultaneously, Google gives priority to PMC. and which Campaign do you prefer from these two?
its depending on your account size. for small businesses without that much data I would start with standard shopping - after time and gaining conversions (so around 50 conversions) I would slowly start PMAX with a smaller invest and then scale it up after time :)

Hey Aaron, how do I put the manual request in to google for the different levels of audiences to target??
Hi Vons, go to: audiences -> edit audiences
From there you can select the audiences that you want to see data
Do you have thumb rule for metrics to close/shut down a product? For example: exclude product of CTR is below 1%? or exclude if 100 impressions and 0 clicks? Thanks a lot
Hi Aaron , I’m struggling with set up . Can u help please?

You can set specific locations and adjust the bid that way, still target all of Australia but set up different locations.
how important is google tag manager is for google ads ?

By using all of them in the same time it will not be complicated to find buyers?
Yes I try it
Should you add audiences and demographics before launching the campaign? And does it show other potential audiences it has targeted
Hi Aaron please let us know how to reach you out for google ads consultation

Should I also drop the budget on that to let it reoptimize? It was at a 400 budget
So helpful 👍🏻
Glad this helped Maxwell!
I can’t accept none of my orders from google shopping
With a fresh account, would you start with Standard shopping or performance max?
Hi Alexia, I would start with shopping & search.
But this is because I like to see the extra data that shopping & search campaigns give you
If your shopping ads get suspended for misrepresentation, does this negatively affect organic rankings?
Mine was suspended for misrepresentation but I got it fixed

My goal is to drive up sales
I ended up excluding the whole of South Australia...its the worst place to sell anything... people must have no money
Maybe the images sucked or the landing pages.
People have money.
Try retarded ads too.
How many times so you get distracted online ?
Nice thumbnail and video obv
