    We make bhakari once a day from jowar flour, in winter from bajra flour and also from ragi flour. It's better than whole wheat roti.

    Mam you've given me very useful recipes, this is so healthy and easy. Thank you so much for the knowledge. Although, Soyabean being healthy has a flaw, It mimics estrogen and is not good for women. Any lady suffering from PCOD or endometriosis should stay away from it.

    my daughter has to eat gluten free food. I am using rice flour & makai flour.. But it breaks while rolling. Do i add xanthan gum or what else ? Does gluten free oats flour break while rolling ?

    Ye jawar ki roti aise humse nhi ban paati.. equal quantity mai water lene pr..ye kaafi gila ho jaata hai.. difficult to handle

    Hi Gunjan. Very useful video. Would like to ask one question related to this video. There are some rules related to millets like Bajra, jawar and ragi. In which season we should eat which millets . Can you clear this doubt please?

      Between Jowar and bajra,for summer only we can use Jowar. Rest flour are for all seasons

      @rachna any organic chia seeds is best.
      Inspite of milk, eat more coconut or coconut milk add one kacha coconut and water grind it and drink.

    Whats weight loss roti? does it mean if I eat this I would reduce my weight on scale? Either these roti has diuretic effect on our body so as soon you eat it propts you for loo? because that's the only way to loose weight quickly. As per physics every molecule in food has weight and you eat it you will gain weight. Some food has themogenic effect but how much it cause weight reduction, do not know. Do you have any medical study to back your claim?
