I’m not sure how “clean” they are compared to what they claim, but I’m obsessed with Function of Beauty. You take a hair quiz & they customize your shampoo & conditioner. It’s the first time I have found something to tackle my extremely oily hair. If i don’t wash it every day, I do shampoo twice, which I find really helps. It’s the first time in my life that I can go a day without washing my hair and still feel like I can be seen in public. You can get it made without dyes or fragrances, which would probably help with the “clean” factor. It’s a little bit pricier, but worth every penny in my opinion!

Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant is by far the best I’ve tried yet!! I’m currently using the lavender + sage scent as I’m also lavender obsessed:) most “natural” deodorants don’t work for me either, & I’ve been a long term Secret user until now. I also love Seventh Generation products!! I use the disinfectant spray & their toilet bowl cleaner. Also, try Ecos laundry detergent. They’re a clean brand & are surprisingly inexpensive too. Love your videos!!

a lot of the things you can't pronounce in the products are likely emulsifiers, thickeners, or preservatives! it seems they also are using a lot of scientific names for plant products as well. many of these things are also used in food products (which is kind of scary) and in my food chemistry class last semester we learned a lot about different ingredients and what they do. also organic doesn't necessarily mean there won't be preservatives/fertilizers used in the plant products, it just means those agents also have to be organic!
