It is dangerous to show this kind of renovations that do not ensure the safety prevention of the renovated device.
I agree. It has to be tested via a hydrostatic pressure test. That is where they fill the tank up with water and pressurize it to well above the typical pressure it will work under, to verify it is sound. And the looks at the out side rusty pitted ends of the tank, I am sure the inside is as well and probably worst...JMHO
