It took a bit but it worked for me Java 1.19.1 . I thought something might not have worked because I had made a few mistakes at first. Make sure there is an empty space next to some of the top slabs, and that you followed everything. I got frustrated when I tried mine the first time and it didn't work and had to check the comments to see I wasn't alone with frustration. I had to double check the details and go back to parts of the video but it works. It's great, and thanks for the video.

I really wanted this design for my 1.19 server, was not sure if it would work in the newer version but it did! Also, nice tutorial, I know next to nothing about redstone and still managed this cool vault door.

I had great fun building this today, still works. Just be carefull when you close it up and decorate around it, you might disturb the circuit where the noteblock sits.
Disappointed, watched and built this only to find it doesn't work in bedrock, maybe putting "Java Only" in the title or description would have been a good idea.
This works great for our Fallout style vault in java 1.16.5! I made a mistake or two along the way but it was easy to go back and find the fix in your video.

Love the door, and it *almost* works. I'm on Java 1.18.1, and having an issue with the center block only retracting down one block height instead of two for it to be flush. Anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it? I tried making sure the sticky pistons below have a free block below them just in case.
I think i know why, but its nothing that we can do about it.The observers on the side of the piston push it up as a double piston extender. However, when retracting, the main piston retracts but the other piston brings it down, not letting it get back up to bring the block with it. If you try fixing it, it will just do 2 pulses instead of one, but since they are 1 tick pulses it wont bring the block. It's an issue with the version, not the build.
Must admit I’m getting really bored of building these tutorials only to find out after I’ve spent a decent amount of time that they are Java only, please make sure to say either in the title or the start of the video if it works on all versions or just 1!

@@marshallhuggins985 I think you should know that customize super flat isn’t on bedrock, and this has red stone ready preset. So in this case, you should know that this is Java And not bedrock. And when he crouches he goes down a slab distance. And you can put categories for the video. There is a category called Minecraft bedrock and just Minecraft. And this just says Minecraft. So this is javA. And he placed an observer on top of note block in mid air which you can only do in Java. Stop calling other peoples comment stupid, when they are correct and your not smart enough to understand.

For anyone doing this underground, you need a 3x7x8 Area to make this (You'd mine out 168 blocks)
