Going to a dermatologist really changed things for me. Within a couple of weeks, my hyperpigmentation was much less noticeable. A couple of weeks after that, it was almost non-existent.

I strongly recommend going to a dermatologist that is familiar with treating your skin type. It is very dangerous to treat your skin without a trained professional. Hydrocodone can remove the dark spots. Orace will minimize the ace break outs.
These prescription by a Derm only.

    • @micheleowens8663
      @micheleowens8663 4 роки тому +9

Great to see people who understand the importance of seeking a Dermatologist. Aczone is a good topical perscription. Acne has to be controlled through medication. It's an internal condition. Oral medications greatly reduces the breakouts, which limits the potential for scaring. People who have mild break outs can also use the inflammatory medication inside of Advil gels.
My routine is to wash my face with Citiphill gentle wash. When I have a pimple, I place the Advil inflammatory on the pimple which reduces the redness in minutes, which starts the healing process.
Toothpaste is great for drying up acne. These 2 items Advil Gel and toothpaste, combined with the Oral medication has cleared my face.
I cannot Stress seeing a Dermatologist First before starting a skin regiment. I encourage investing in yourself by seeing a Dermatologist,
rather than spending money on cosmetics to Cover the problem. The Dermatologist can help you eliminate the problem to a great extent. Your skin and make up will look better when your face is Healthy. I have struggled with acne all my life. It was when I found a great dermatologist that is trained in my skin type and color that I saw great improvement. Don't be afraid to ask if the doctor treats brown or black skin.
Let's not feed into the Cover Girl commercials or the ideas of piling a bunch of make up on our face to Cover scaring and acne. Make it a priority to get your skin Healthy.
Let's allow our cosmetics to accentuate our beauty, not Mask our beauty.
      Hopes this helps someone.
You are beautiful! Let it show!

You have to go through the whole process of a peel. The color of your skin is going to look off and uneven the first couple days...before the peel takes place. That’s why it’s important to have down time.

Hey love your videos.. quick word of (unsolicited) advice lol
STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE if you’re not actively washing it. Even for the sake of this video and you showing us your breakouts. I just watched your old face peel video from a year ago & noticed you were doing the same thing. It seems like such a small thing but it is a world of a difference when you avoid introducing bacteria to your face, especially if you have huge pores like I do! Even if you think your hands are squeaky clean.
This seemingly small advice I got back when I was 13 changed my skin forever!

Chemical peels are my jam!! I’ve found with our skin... acne occurs because we dry out our skin. That’s acne often leaves behind those stubborn post acne brown spot.
Did you know dry skin caused more zits not less. It’s important to ensure you next skip moisturizer. When you know you skin type you will know what’s the best for moisturizer for your delicate skin 💕

I’m doing a face peel at this moment and my face got allll bumpy and it was extremely uncomfortable and I hate touching my face ! The bumps are everything rising up from under your pores and the dryness and itchiness is from your face being so dry like imagine chapped lips so if you put anything on your face it’s a severe itch burn sensation because your skin hasn’t had any moisture and just how when you apply chapstick on really chapped lips imagine that on your face !!

wodawe3 The thing is if you start using it as soon as the scar is healed enough then it fades quickly, but if the scar is old and dark, it does take some time to fade. Six months or more if the scars are old. I find that the scars on my face fade faster than scars on my legs or other parts of the body.
