The island tweaker mod is probably what makes things unstable. I had a lot of the same issues when using that mod
0:59 You can definitely enjoy playing with all the mods installed, I do it regularly! However, those glitches you're encountering are caused by Island Tweaker. It appears that the game engine starts glitching, similar to what's shown in the video, when the settings are excessively manipulated. My advice would be to always keep limited mode enabled (setting inside island tweaker) to mitigate these issues.

From what I’ve experienced, I’m pretty sure it’s the Island Tweaker mod that causes that weird camera glitch/softlock after beating Asura
Yeah I had a lot of the same issues in the video from using the island tweaker mod as well. Notably the homing attack getting stuck and the in-game model showing up during the cutscenes. I also had a lot of collision issues

@1:35 why does Sonic's body have that weird glow?
It’s called subsurface scattering, when light passes through skin, giving that a glow. Though it’s kinda broken in Frontiers.

While this does look nice and maks the game shine more, the flosting platforming sections make the game look more like a tech demo then it should + the lighting can be off at times. But other then that, these are some solid mods.
Found this mod around when it was released and it's easily one of the best mods this game has. Seriously changes the experience and everyone should download it. Just make sure your graphics card is powerful enough.

This is how Frontiers SHOULD have looked like from the beginning. I understand the switch held them back to some extend but PS2 Quality textures/Models and horrendous Pop-in for every version of the game is ridiculous.
Honestly, they should've just created the switch version AFTER they released the base game on other platforms, besides the switch.
This would've solved the deadline issue, and the switch's limited graphics card wouldn't have intervered with something that has a much higher graphics card, like the PS5 for example.
But I guess they REALLY wanted the game to be released on all platforms at the exact same time, cause apparently the switch is THAT important.
@@fransiscayulianita68 tell that to rockstar games. Fans want the PC ports of the newer games tro be released at console release date.
