To FRANCE | Sailing Travel Documentary

We sailed to France. Like most things we’ve done, it started out as an almost ridiculous idea. After all, we had just spent everything we had to do another big trip before this. Yet, that trip showed us it might just be possible to scrape by if we invested in our videos. So we did. We sold the truck, used that money in part to buy the boat, and seeing our camera gear and boat as an investment, even used up the last of our credit.
Was it a terrible financial decision? Maybe. A foolish endeavour without real sailing experience? Maybe. Yet, here we are in France, watching our dream unfold itself right before our eyes.

Our sailboat is a 1970 Sparkman & Stephens Deb 33. It's 10.2m long, 3.15m wide, and draws either 1.09m or 2.09m with the centreboard down. It has a 2000 Volvo Penta MD2030 to push it along.

Hey guys, for those of you who have been following along for a while, I know you probably have some questions.
I aim to answer those questions eventually, but right now we took the whole video making to heart so we're sitting on quite literally thousands of clips from the recent beginning of this trip.
I know this is pretty different from the overlanding world, but I think at the core the videos will stay the same in a way. I've always just wanted to make videos about the places we go, and the way we get there is sort of secondary.
