Something I’d like to note, when Ashley plays the tape with Billy’s cassette player, after each name there is a certain noise all of which are the same except for Sophie’s. It appears to sound like a sound effect signifying right (for the other names) and wrong (for Sophie). Not quite sure what the meaning behind it but it certainly singles Sophie out and emphasises that she’s different. Perhaps it’s a checklist of who’s been “made beautiful” and Sophie is next.

While I love FNAF, Walten Files is my favorite kind of horror in which it rarely, if ever, relies on jump scares in order to be scary and instead goes with themes and actions that are shockingly real, macabre, and very subtle.
I actually felt as though TWF had too many jumpscares! But I still enjoy it quite heavily. Despite having the 'haunted animatronic' theme, it's fresh, engaging, horrifying, and the story is fantastic. Martin does a great job getting us to sincerely care about the characters, it's amazing!

not sure if this is correct, but “sophie’s pills” were pills that were taken to forget the death of her parents, jack and rosemary, and her siblings, edd and molly. That’s why when she plays the game, everything starts to come back.

1:40 Finally, after 2 years and around 4 to 5 months, Film theory finally got to talk about fnaf. Once style theory does a video on fnaf, I can finally be at peace.

The backwards text actually says 'that old doll' not 'that old day' also at the end of that backward text it says 'Sophie' revealing that it was in fact a message for her. Also 2. “What happened to Jack?” It’s obvious. The “founder” killed him for the rights of the company. Probably stuffing him into the Bon Bunny animatronic. Which is probably the reason why he’s all about stuffing others into suits. And that proves the reason why he is unhappy with the tape calling The co-founder Felix a smart and nice guy. Also may be the reason he says stuff like “let me out of here” and his appearance on tapes. Also could be the reason Bon tells Rosemary “I know where your husband” or something like that.
Now that bunny farm has aired, it seems like this is the case. HEAVY SPOILERS,WATCH BUNNY-FARM FIRST! After the car crash, felix hid the bodies since he was scared, he didn’t want to tell jack so he hid the body’s in the forest, but the next morning, he forgot where he put the body’s since he was so drunk. He was mortified since he killed his best friends kids “accidentally” (technically it was an accident but he was drunk driving so.) I’m guessing he told jack but jack wanted to alert authorities since he killed 2 kids in a car crash under the influence of drink, and the sorta accepted theory here is felix didn’t want to go prison so he killed him and hid him in the bon costume. I feel like felix is mixed, he’s not insane and he doesn’t want to be the bad guy, however he’s egotistical, kills and hides 3 people to avoid going to jail. Granted, he didn’t want to do it but he did and the third one was to save his own skin. He admits he has a problem but does nothing to improve on it, I think felix is a lot more bad than good, but unlike William, the good is sorta there, and I feel like he does carry the burden of the deaths and feels remorse. But he is still a very shitty guy with admittedly little redeeming qualities.

FNAF was only scary bc of the fear of being jumpscared,. the walten files are just straight up disturbing and horrifying, yet so intriguing bc the lore is super interesting and not all over the place like fnaf
FNAF was really scary back then we’ve just gotten used to it and jump scares as a whole now that’s why people have been making FNAF VHS tapes they are all pretty good and as freaky as The Walter Files Yes the FNAF plot is quite crazy but that’s only because we haven’t found a straight line yet (also Scott is a bit of a troll)
fnafs story is way scarier than any of the jump scares, and lets not forget fnafs ambience and stuff like that being creepy as-well. And yeah it's complicated but the story is just as interesting.
This is the type of horror that is really really interesting. The horror that is unsettling, untamed, not burden by any production studios or complex deep psychological analysis, But nerve racking, bloody, disturbing, distorted.
Walten Files is literally the scariest thing I’ve ever laid eyes upon. Not only is it scary, but it also fills you with feelings of dread and hopelessness. That one video with the two trick-or-treaters is seriously the most disturbing thing that has entered my brain. Props to the creator. 😖
I've watched all of it over and over again (over and over due to watching several UA-camrs react to it too) plus random animation memes and other random fanmade things, so now I just sit there and laugh at Jack's face

In the scene where you showed the TV saying "let me out" there's a pill bottle next to it that says Sophie Walten, which could support the idea that all the victims are related together
well sophie is related to jack and rosemary, being their daughter, but the other victims exist outside of the walden family ed and molly are her younger siblings, and since this is a family of 5, that means charles, brian, ashley, and susan are not a part of it. susan was a technician that noticed something was wrong with bon and subsequently gets mangled and stuffed into banny by bon. we don’t know anything about charles yet. ashley was attacked and stuffed into billy the clown, where she died like susan when she saw something she wasn’t meant to see. brian was chased and paralyzed by bon, being mistaken for sophie, only being connected through the uniform. it’s a good theory, though, but the existence of ed and molly kinda disprove it
Also, during that moment a song from 'Everywhere at the end of time' is played. Everywhere at the end of time was a series of songs written to be played in order, and they get gradually more and more distorted until it's practically just silence. It's meant to represent the decline a person's mind takes due to dementia, which may be what the pills are for. Or the song was just used because its off-putting.

Bad situation all around, people had the right to be upset but not to the extent that some of them were.

Honestly, these videos scared me more then anything FNAF could(not to discredit FNAF, it’s still cool), and the story, from what I’ve been able to piece together as well as this video, feels so much more violent and tragic, and despite still having robot animals being possessed by people, it feels more...real. And that makes oh so much more horrifying. Please do that next part Mat.
Fun Fact: The song that plays in the second video (specifically near the end of the video while Ashley's face becomes contorted) is called "ashley's happy hour'. Most people think she was tortured by Bon for a whole hour.
Sophie is connected to Rosemary and Jack, making her their daughter. It is also noted in the other tape (bunny farm) that Sophie has siblings named Eddy and Molly. It is also said that the children call Felix "Uncle Felix" cause of how close they are
They call him "Uncle Felix" because Jack and Felix have known each other for so long, so probably he visits Jack and his family often, making Ed and Molly so familiar with him as to call him uncle; not close enough to be a father figure, but still present enough in their lives to be an honorary uncle

“What happened to Jack?” It’s obvious. The “founder” killed him for the rights of the company. Probably stuffing him into the Bon Bunny animatronic. Which is probably the reason why he’s all about stuffing others into suits. And that proves the reason why he is unhappy with the tape calling The co-founder Felix a smart and nice guy. Also may be the reason he says stuff like “let me out of here” and his appearance on tapes. Also could be the reason Bon tells Rosemary “I know where your husband” or something like that.

After the car crash, felix hid the bodies since he was scared, he didn’t want to tell jack so he hid the body’s in the forest, but the next morning, he forgot where he put the body’s since he was so drunk. He was mortified since he killed his best friends kids “accidentally” (technically it was an accident but he was drunk driving so.) I’m guessing he told jack but jack wanted to alert authorities since he killed 2 kids in a car crash under the influence of drink, and the sorta accepted theory here is felix didn’t want to go prison so he killed him and hid him in the bon costume.
I feel like felix is mixed, he’s not insane and he doesn’t want to be the bad guy, however he’s egotistical, kills and hides 3 people to avoid going to jail. Granted, he didn’t want to do it but he did and the third one was to save his own skin. He admits he has a problem but does nothing to improve on it, I think felix is a lot more bad than good, but unlike William, the good is sorta there, and I feel like he does carry the burden of the deaths and feels remorse. But he is still a very shitty guy with admittedly little redeeming qualities.

In the scene where you showed the TV saying "let me out" there's a pill bottle next to it that says Sophie Walten, which could support the idea that all the victims are related together
well sophie is related to jack and rosemary, being their daughter, but the other victims exist outside of the walden family
ed and molly are her younger siblings, and since this is a family of 5, that means charles, brian, ashley, and susan are not a part of it. susan was a technician that noticed something was wrong with bon and subsequently gets mangled and stuffed into banny by bon. we don’t know anything about charles yet. ashley was attacked and stuffed into billy the clown, where she died like susan when she saw something she wasn’t meant to see. brian was chased and paralyzed by bon, being mistaken for sophie, only being connected through the uniform.
it’s a good theory, though, but the existence of ed and molly kinda disprove it

Also, during that moment a song from 'Everywhere at the end of time' is played. Everywhere at the end of time was a series of songs written to be played in order, and they get gradually more and more distorted until it's practically just silence. It's meant to represent the decline a person's mind takes due to dementia, which may be what the pills are for. Or the song was just used because its off-putting.

@@onatkalkan4907 pretty much he supported some organizations and politicians that a lot of his fan base disagreed with so a lot of people stopped supporting him and a couple went too far and doxxed him, and as a result of all of that he made the decision to retire. Bad situation all around, people had the right to be upset but not to the extent that some of them were.
@@Zombified_guy Although I agree with people getting angry at him for indirectly supporting anti-LGBTQ-stuff, doxing is always too far and he should not have been attacked as much as he has been. I think people idealized him a bit so they got angry when their expectations were shattered.

Honestly, these videos scared me more then anything FNAF could(not to discredit FNAF, it’s still cool), and the story, from what I’ve been able to piece together as well as this video, feels so much more violent and tragic, and despite still having robot animals being possessed by people, it feels more...real. And that makes oh so much more horrifying.
