- With my checkride being in around a month, I figured it would be good to stick up a camera and document this flight where we practiced all of the things I will be tested on.

FAIL! Didn’t do clearing turns. Lol but this has been a year ago I’m sure you did well on your actual check ride
Maybe they edited the clearing turns out. I thought the same thing. The DPE would of stated discontinuance if he failed the clearing turns. Also, the heading mix up on take-off. I would of asked Tower for an eastbound departure per his instructions.

Take my family flying and get checked out in high performance and complex aircraft!
Love get a pilot license but cost of the plane where you are going to keep it just stay with x plane 11 on pc have been up with lic pilot it’s fun but guess only fly what you can afford
You don’t have to buy a plane to be a private pilot. Most people most rent
