It's a good thing to have. Sometimes you don't want to lug your "good mics" to a gig, or you forgot them, or you didn't realize that there wasn't going to be a good mic at the gig. Or the mic at the gig has see "things" that should never have been seen and sounds like it has 10 layers of duct tape on it. Problem solved, reach for this little guy, plug it in. Done.
I’ve had one for 1 1/2 years and it’s great!! 👍🏼
That's great to hear
It sounds really good!
Do you have a favorite high end mic if you record in a studio? Do you prefer condensers over ribbons?
Coles 4038 ribbon in an isolated studio situation! I use 421s in live recording settings a lot

Exactly. It's not a replacement for a good studio mic but it's definitely a great value.
Did you plug this directly into your interface with no processing or is there some audio processing compression or anything
Direct
do you know if it works for Bb clarinet?
It might not clamp on easily but the mic would probably sound fine
Hox does it compare to the Cloudvocal ISolo AR1 ?
I will see if I can get my hands on one

I'm using the ISolo with AR1. Very light on the saxophone and stable. Many FX features. 🎷👍
Is this mic suitable for a violin?
It won’t mount properly. Check out the Xvive U9 for a similar mic for violin
Would this mic be suitable for trumpet?
I've seen other people say it works well on trumpet!
Does the battery die after long time no use ?
So far it holds a charge with a few weeks between uses but lithium batteries should be stored around half charged for long term
