    Good vid bro. I just got a MK2 and it’s good to see how other guys are setting theirs up. I was able to get my poncho & wubbie rolled up together & secured underneath its tight but it fits. Keep experimenting with it till you’re happy.

    this+ small "pack" on upper part of harness (something like Russian military use today) would work awesome as small daypack that can be disconnected and use belt system only.

    I have one as a GMH bag, good quality and comfortable, perfect to my mind as a GMB bag or day pack.

    Love this belt rig! but any idea how to attach a 3 liter hydration pack to the back. I know there is some molle on the upper back but would that work or do you have any other ideas for a modular hydration pouch?

      @MyrmidonPress  Рік тому +1

      The little strip of molle on the straps would hold it fine. I would try the old army "D ring" trick just to see if it hangs right. The plastic d rings can hold a lot and they arent going to have a death grip on the bladder so it can move with you as you walk. Otherwise you could try some gutted 550 cord loops at least then it would be a custom fit.
      Or try 1 liter bladders in pouches on the belt molle

    hey hey! love the breakdown. i would like it if you could have gone a bit more indepth into the room you have to work with in the insert pockets on the soft belt.
    how much room is there roughly, think it could hold a stanag magazine or similiar?

      The elastic pockets will hold a 32 oz nalgene but it is tight. The gear pass throughs on the belt would hold a decent sized hatchet handle. The molle sections are 3x3 close together molle. On the left is a helikon tex E&E pouch which is enormous with a AR mag pouch on that. The other side is a SAW pouch and it holds 100 rnds of 556 linked.
      The inside zipered pockets are really small for notebooks and such. The outside velcro pouch is very small when you load the main bucket. Im pretty sure its not even tall enough for a new pencil to go in the tubes.
      I hope this answers your question.

      @@MyrmidonPress "The gear pass throughs on the belt would hold a decent sized hatchet handle" thats what i was interested in, thank you! not as spaceous as i had hoped. but at least you can probably fit something the size of a multitool in there.
      i really like the general design of the buttpack on the foxtrot, and been interested in incorporating it into a battlebelt kind of deal. but the foxtrot doesnt have enough molle for that imo.
      however, i suppose it would still work nice if paired with a lighter chestrig/carrier setup. what do you think?

      My spiritus would probably work. Ill actually give it a shot on insta soon then. Id be worried about really big straps

    A Mayflower Chest Rig or a Helikon Tex Numbat with a camel back added to this setup would be rad. SA Vibes

      @The guerillas' Hide at least numbat has low profile straps/mesh. i love mine, off to get foxtrot in adaptive green ;)

    this would go well with a chest pack on the front for extra storage, and to balance the load.

      I have been toying with spiritus rig with it. There are way too many straps I may have to custom make some straps
