For those who cant manage to get the cap off, you can just wet the top of the tip with warm water and itll start working after it spreads to the back of the tip. This is what i did with my posca marker because i couldnt get the cap off and it worked perfectly after
Edit: Im not that invested into art and i only do it in my free time so i dont know alot about it but this is the easiest way i found to fix a dry marker
