As someone who grew up in the 90s and 00s, I really miss that kind of keyboard. It made typing so easy and smoother than some of the flatter keyboards in today's age. Thanks for putting so much effort in cleaning and restoring that keyboard! 😊
There is a whole market for keyboards that are not flat, both Membrane and mechanical. You might want to take 2-5 hours to look around, look at reviews and such, but you can easily get one that should fit your taste, in nearly any price range.
I wasn’t aware the keyboard collected that much dust underneath and yellow plastic could brighten up again to pearly white with hydrogen peroxide! Great job, and as everyone mentioned it was satisfying to watch!
I laughed out loud on several occasions there. Well done, what a brilliantly put together restoration. Your little spin made it an entirely unique experience despite the fact there are countless similar videos out there.
I only found your channel recently and I love it. I watched the videos from your first one up to this. Really liked watching how you developed and refined your technique. Not trying to be insulting, but you're a lot better at restoration now than you were back then. My favorites are when you repair electronic items and ones used for food. Hopefully you started using food safe products so maybe you can use them. The most aesthetically pleasing restoration was the butcher knife.
