The United States is currently in a state of disarray. Racial tensions and mistrust of the police force are high. Rage Against the Machine has been a voice of political discourse for generations and their message rings truer now more than ever. Killing in the Name preaches of white supremacy that exists within our police state that has been designed to subjugate and oppress people of color for centuries.
Unarmed black civilians are murdered at a rate much higher than whites in the US. There were 996 killings by police in 2018 and this figure has increased well into 2020. The rate of police shootings among black Americans are statistically much higher than that of any other ethnicity, standing currently at 30 fatal shootings per million of the population, compared to only 12 fatal shootings per million for white citizens (as of June 2020).
Black Lives Matter is an important movement that is integral to the growth and development of people of color in society as well as placing emphasis on the importance of defunding our police force and a fostering of trust and wealth within our communities to end the unecessary killings of unarmed black civilians, to end the white supremacy and oppression that exists within our police state and to educate people on the systemic racism inherent in our society.

There was actually a discrimination court case in new york, filed by a recruit who was refused entry to the police force due to scoring too high on their IQ test. The court upheld that the police force had the right to discriminate against people that they deemed too intelligent to be a police officer. Makes the Strokes song New York City Cops make a whole lot more sense.

The camera guy does relatively standard stuff to allow editing options. The editing makes it kind of awkward though. I think the problem was that the camera man was visible in some other shots and thereby the editing possibilities were limited. But in the end it is still a fine video so who cares.
Makes me think about how some years ago, I think it might have been early obama years, RATM was talking about whether or not they would reform and release new music, and they were talking about how the world didn't really need RATM at that time so probably not. Well, we're sure as fuck digging for windows right now.

There is not a shortage of drummers available to those that would sign a drummer. I'm not saying he sucks by any means, but this isn't doing anything extraordinary here.
because there are drummers that actually have the stamina to put up a show for 2+ hours ;-) and this is not me trying to be a dick, but to do that you'd have to be in better shape really.
Bjarne de Graaf if you are talking endorsements, being able to play long shows has nothing to do with it. Having an audience and a willingness to promote a product is what companies want. That can be on stage or increasingly through other mediums like UA-cam. He’s got over a millions subscribers so I’d say the audience is there.

Hey Jon, I just subscribed to your channel and I'd like to be brutally honest with you and some parts you may not like. First a little about me, I'm a classically trained drummer with forty years under my belt. I have never toured nor do I have a youtube channel, this is by choice. Yes, I had many offers to tour as a hired drummer and several wanting me to start a channel of my own. However, there are Sooo many young drummers on youtube that are so much better than I am, I chose to let them do it. I chose not to tour due to my young family and my aging parent (glad I made the right choice). Man you have some GREAT chops!!!! I'd love to see a solo. Now the bad. 1, Let yourself feel the music and become the drums. 2, If your not sure about a drum part, download the drum key. 3, I am concerned about your weight, you are young and can shed those pounds easier than guys my age (I'm 50). 4, I want to see you drumming in 10 years and you know that baby steps are the answer. From one drummer to another, don't think it has to happen overnite, 1 pound a week leads to many pounds a week. Keep up the great work and how bout some Led Zep. BTW, this is one of my favorite songs ever!!!!!!
