Thank you for the detailed summary! Found this video at just the right time to help with subacromial impingement - turns out I have been faking scapular rhythm by relying on glenohumeral hypermobility, and only just noticed when looking into the reason for the pinching sensation. The clear visual and thoughtful narration help a great deal.
Hello! I am a beginner pole dancer, and I love your videos and information. I am trying to improve my windmill move. If possible, would you please do a video to help me? Some conditioning and strengthening exercises would be great. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your interest in my book. The off the pole exercises use a mixture of different gym equipment, but generally: weights, resistance bands, suspension trainer, pull up bar and stability ball are the main ones. With a little creativity, a lot of these exercises can be adapted/modified to suit the equipment you have, though. 👍
You are the truth. I’m getting a better understanding when it comes to engaging the shoulder muscles
Thank you so much! I'm so glad it's helpful! 🥰

@@ThePolePT Thank you !!!
Hi-for your pole pt book, do the conditioning exercises require use of the gym or special equipment other than a pull up bar? Thanks

So it's low trapezius engagement and serratus anterior.
