How to Turn Off Do Not Disturb on iPhone

Do not disturb feature can be found in the settings. There are plenty of options and ways how it can be enabled like do not disturb while driving, scheduled, and even shortcuts.

This doesn't work on my 2020 iphone SE running iOS 16.3. Do not disturb is not in the settings menu! As soon as I updated to 16.3 my phone was on, and I cannot get it to go off.
