    INGREDIENTS:
    For Beef marination:
    Beef - 2kg (Cut small pieces & wash 3 times)
    Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    Salt - 1 ½ tsp
    For Make Tamarind Masala :
    Tamarind - 65g
    Hot water - 200 ml
    Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
    Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
    For cooking :
    Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Oil - 4 tbsp
    Cardamom - 6 pods
    Cinnamon - 4 sticks
    Cloves - 6
    Curry Leaves
    Pandan Leaves
    Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
    Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
    Ginger + Garlic Paste - 3 tsp
    Green Chillies - 3
    Medium Onions - 3
    Salt to Taste
