- This recipe for Prosciutto, Asparagus, and Gruyere Bundles is so unbelievably easy, but is sure to impress, and is my go to for hosting. The asparagus gets perfectly tender, paired with the gooey melty cheese, salty prosciutto and crispy, flaky puff pastry; these little beauties are addicting! Perfect for an Easter appetizer or brunch. You can also make them a vegetarian option by taking out the prosciutto and they are still incredibly delicious!

I love this Jess! I try to eat more asparagus when I can...I know it's good for me but it's not always my favorite veggie. This looks divine thank you for sharing!
