There's no comparison of a tucked in position vs a spread position on the same hill, just a tucked position on a steep incline, where the aerodynamics AND steepness of the slope are factors. Since there is another factor, the aerodynamics can't be measured well, and this is not a good demonstration of it.

What skateboard is this? I love my longboard for how it can handle bigger hills and also huge bumps in the city and remain stable. Only problem is it’s too big sometimes yk? Any help would be appreciated. It HAS to be super stable because I love using it down huge hills, but it ALSO has to be SUPER good at riding over bumps and cracks that you see often in the city and places with rough rough terrain
