I got the new head for the miele C1 Canister that you recommended and I'm SO GRATEFUL TO YOU !!!! It's amazing the difference .... so happy with it .. well worth the money
Miele definitely wins for worst, most confusing naming conventions in the industry. It's either intentionally deceptive, or their marketing department has WAY too many employees.
Great video. I have a C1 classic Olympus, since I have all hard floors I don't need an electric power nozzle. I think that model is now called the straight suction. I use a 35 MM to 32 MM adapter so I can use other attachments, and one of my favorite hard floor tools is the Wessel-Werk RD285, also known as the gullper nozzle. Miele does make really good vacuums, although I think Sebo might be slightly better.
Wow the American market gets some decent machines ! In the UK we mainly get the Chinese made ones with the basic floor heads, at best its the turbo head. We briefly in the past had ones with power-heads. I had a green one with a 236 like the ones shown here and it was brilliant
As far as I know all of Miele's vacuum cleaners are made in Germany, whether for the UK or USA market, Argos sells a C3 with a power head and the C1 is also made Germany despite being the entry level model.
@@PerformanceReviewsI should have rewatched this before going in store. I ended up buying the Marin 😂 It was the only c3 they had in stock but they dropped the price to match the home care model which they already had on sale. Of course Amazon just put the cat and dog on sale for prime day but oh well. At least I’m contributing to local small business and I got a decent deal. Plus I get 3 years of free annual servicing which I guess is a thing.
I’m gonna import a c3 complete cat and dog from Canada. I will need a step-down converter, however that’s fine as I will literally sell my first born child for a powerhead nozzle Miele in Europe 🥹 I need to save up until like October as it will only cost €400 but the shipping costs will be in the €150-300 range.
I find it interesting that you acknowledged that there are different selections of models of Miele canisters in different countries, including Canada, which is my country of residence. However, I already knew some years ago about the different selection of models in USA and Canada. Say, would you bother informing yourself about the Complete C3 Excellence?
Is the C1 Cat & dog suitable for older person with back problems? Is it easier to push on wall to wall carpet than the C1 Classic Turbo with the turboteq head?
thanks, great video. Could you tell me what that turbo tool is exactly? Want to clean the dog hair off our stairs. If there is a md stealth equivalent even bettter. Thanks so much
@@PerformanceReviewsthanks! I have the calima for my apartment but good to know i could purchase the carpet accessory floor head for the future and not have to buy a completely new vacuum
Costco is an authorized dealer of Miele in Canada. The recent reviews have not been good. control issues, it sounds like, on the product. Have you been having increasing complaints of inferior quality, relative to yesteryear?

I agree with you their names are super confusing. They used to make sense at one point and even corresponded with their model numbers.

@@JamJam0189 please could you provide a link. I can only find turbo brushes in Argos Miele range. Not a power brush unfortunately.
oh nice i was just looking to buy a new vacuum and you posted this yesterday.
Good review! I also like that Lindhas in the 9:29 area, lol.
Thank you! I ordered a c1 turbo online but I’m going to return it when it arrives and go buy a home care from my local dealer
Thanks Chad!

I miss the old H1 stick, it’s so much better than the triflex.
We would all like to see a cordless version of that. But it's not going to happen They just came out with a cordless bagless stick vacuum in Europe.
I have a
Compact C1 HomeCare PowerLine - SCAO3 with the tk 286 non Miele branded turbo! Amazing vacummmmmmmm
In my area the brick & mortar vacuum stores don’t have the canisters. All they have are bagless cordless and stick vacuums :(
I wish the U1 was brought back to the U.S.

Maybe if Canada gets liberated one day.

Hi
Can you please put a link to the first vaccum. I am not able to access the link for top 2 vaccums
You have to go to your local dealer
I don't think we will be haggling with my store, we will quote a retail and throw in goodies or negotiate until both parties meet their needs.
What is the best vacuum for pet owners and for a house with mix floors carpets and hard wood floors?

Hi I’m torn between dyson and miele. Do Miele has the same suction power as dyson? I don’t like cordless, canister is good.
Miele has significantly more cleaning power then a Dyson
Video on that.

are there actual differences between C3 models in terms of the vacuum- or is it just the accessories/filters that differ
As you stated accessories ,Filters ,handle controls and whether or not it cleans carpet.

Do you have c3 complete in the US? I would love to hear your opinion on that vs cat and dog one :)
What is your opinion on the Henry Quick?
That ceiling fans suck
Will you make a sebo list too?
This is the list

Are you going to get another Central vac for your new place?
Of course.
Thanks for the video.
0:07 Have to admit....I miss the old intro. greeting.😢
What about Marin?
Specifically talked about in the video.
lol @ "..for whatever German reason"

What happens in Canada land None of my concern.
You need to work on improving coherency. This video is all over the place with no structure.
