Not sure "giving" is the right word there. They paid big for that Superbowl! They got it though! Unless the Lions have significant postseason success in the next year or 2, Rams still won the trade.

Rams Fans: Did you do it? (Win the Super Bowl) LA Rams: Yes. Rams Fans: What did it cost? LA Rams: Everything. (Draft picks, Von Miller, OBJ, injuries, etc.)
As a Rams fan, Getting a Super Bowl Win is better than not getting one at all. I am happy we won in our home stadium and it meant a lot to me. I can care less about this season. We had the toughest schedule and our top players got injured but I am still grateful. "At what cost means" nothing to most Rams fans. Winning a super bowl in general is difficult to achieve. At least we are not the teams that keeps making playoff appearances and not winning a super bowl. Also, our team was not the worst compared to the Broncos, Panthers, Falcons, Texans, Cardinals, Colts, Bears, etc. Also, there are still 12 teams that haven't won a super bowl. We may suck for a few years but will come back to win another ring and there is always next year. My reaction is I am glad nobody from the NFC west is happy and they joined me on the couch. Just like how Wildflower felt. Also, at least we are not the following teams that never won a super bowl: Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Chargers, Minnesota Vikings, and Tennessee Titans.
Actually, as a Seahawks fan, I'm pretty happy with how this season turned out. Sure, we were one and done in the playoffs, but it's a miracle we made it at all. We've got a lot of talented young players, plus some choice draft picks in a few months. And if Geno Smith isn't on the same level as Patrick Mahomes or Jalen Hurts, he's several levels above Sam Darnold and, somehow, Russel Wilson.
