Brilliant... Video.. Brother, just Recovered from LEFT hand frozen shoulder... ALWAYS IN SEARCH OF GOOD VIDEO FOR Shoulder Strengthening... Many thanks.. With All good wishes from LSM Family India.
Table top circles. This one I will definitely use for my proprioception training with clients. I will share one as a thank you. (Toe marble pick up) great proprio for foot/ankle.
Great video, I wish you had went into detail on what your shoulder should be doing while doing the exercises. If I’m making the alphabet do I keep it in the back pocket and locked to the floor, same when ball on wall, am I pushing into the ball hard or just enough to keep it up on the wall, am I pushing moving the shoulder joint forward or do I keep it in the back pocket and push from there etc
Very simple and effective exercises to prevent R/cuff ling muscles that causes problems in many. Very well demonstrated with clear speech without any comments such as I am afraid etc Dr C P Thiagarajah
I shattered my shoulder in a fall, obliterating my rotator cuff. I had a reverse total shoulder replacement. Should I do your rotator cuff exercises? My thought is that I should despite no rotator cuff. Thank you. jeantree
I know this comment is 3 months old but I’ll reply if anyone else has similar questions. Generally speaking, popping in any joint isn’t a bad thing with the caveat that it’s pain free. It’s a general sign of instability and could simply be tendons around your shoulder moving and it should subside over time as you stabilize your shoulder.
I don't have a injury but I don't know why is it that I can't move my right shoulder easily , don't have strength ,and also feel like pinch in my shoulder all the time. I have my MRI alright but still don't know the reason ..kindly help me out..
Hi! I have a question! when I Exercise my shoulders. My right shoulder seems to give out quicker than my left. EVEN when I do bicep curls. I couldn’t even lift 10 pounds because something in my right shoulder was not allowing me too, but my left arm is fine! PLEASE HELP WITH ADVICE BEFORE I PAY FOR A PHYSCIAN, thank you!!!!! Also I know it’s a myth but my right arm seems to be double jointed and I use to double joint it a lot when I was younger. I am not 20 I havent don’t that in like 10 years. Just a little extra info. Thank you!
Many of us tend to have a dominant side; one that is stronger than the other. There are several techniques you can employ to build strength in the weaker side, for example an extra set with that one arm. You can check out some of our other videos for more info & training ideas on this topic.

same man, shit sucks
Cali clicking joints are normal. Does it hurt? If so, you might want to look into some thoracic mobility drilled and invest in a postural brace

Criticalbench cool, so you think it could just be just an imbalance? I’ll check the videos out! Thank you guys!
Side planks kill the shoulder. Not a good exercise for shoulder stability.
Once you develop better strength in your shoulder you can begin to implement side planks
But why proprioception exercise??? In any conditions no loss of proprioception so why waste time?
There is always a loss of proprioception, especially if you don't actively use it.
@@Criticalbench every muscle being used actively so there is no muscle inactivity in normal person.
❤👍
Those exercises don't do shit
You think so?
