Wow that was fun. You’re SO talented! Wooly yarns oh no I wish you hadn’t mentioned that…. those yarns, Loro Piana baby cashmere 😮 I have a new wishlist , super excited but depressed all at once - the I want monster just appeared and the budget is like ha ha ha NO 🤭😂Thanks for sharing, Karen 🥰
@@Clare_likes_to_knit they have a UA-cam channel! I don’t know if you’ve seen it, I just watched a few of the videos and it is not helping me at all. I just bought some linen from them, dipping my toe in but really wanted to look at all the cashmere 😱😬😳 and by look I mean “add to cart” 🤣 I’m going to love this store so thank you, I’d never heard of them before.
I’m glad to see you’re getting close to 1K! I also made the Ladder cardigan and I love it! I made a modification, lining the two front bottom panels and making a pocket out of it! Although is a short cardi, it’s nice to have somewhere to put my keys when I’m wearing over a dress. Thank you for sharing your wardrobe! Loved them all!❤
How skilled you are - so beautiful knitted wardrobe and very inspiring seeing other designs than our danish petite knit everywhere. Thank you very much for the show
I love BWM Luxury- wet blocking changes it entirely. I do a Luke warm submersion with Earth Choice Wool wash for about 15 mins. You won’t recognise it when it’s dry!
Hi Clare! i love love love all the knits you've shown. I was wondering, given how many knits you have, how often do you wash them? I just started knitting a 2 years ago and have accumulated like 8 garments so far only!! But i dont know how often i should be washing them? All of my garments are merino wool and alpaca. What's the best way to clean and care for them?
I am lucky that I don't sweat much, so I'd wash my knitwear once a season, ie at the end of winter. If I get food on them (which is common) I'd wash them straight away. I soak them in Eucalan for about 10 mins, then flat dry them in the shade. Be careful of drying white garments in the sun, I've had 3 of them turn yellow!

I have an unhealthy obsession with Woolyarn.com 😓

I'll go and check it out. Now I'm back on their website too! Oh NOO my poor wallet.
@@Clare_likes_to_knit 🤭😂🤣😳 don’t look at their channel, it’s a double edged sword 😱

That sounds like a great idea. We can never have enough pockets!

Thank you so much! I like Petite Knit, and I also like to try out many different designs and styles to challenge myself.
Petite knit designs are way too easy for you :)
You can wear sweaters that you believe wash you out if you wear a turtle neck under neath or smaller mock neck .in a color that is more complementary.
That's a good idea. Sometimes I break it up with a darker yarn for the neckline.

I might give it a try when the sun comes out next week. The weather is finally cooling down enough to wear it.

Oh and I make sure to air them out after each wear so the natural fibres can breathe and get back into their natural shape.
