Great info for those like me who need to know how to present the rigs in the right way , I'm down in Whitby on the 20th il be using your tips and tricks thanks
Hi Andy. How come of late there is only you & Richard ward putting up fishing reports 🤔 I'm a regular visitor to whitby & love my fishing just like the rest. Are the other boats out of action repairs no bookings etc 🤔
Hi Jonathon The other Charter Boats in Whitby are going out fishing. I guess it’s up to them if they post a catch report. Some people aren’t keen on using computers, so that maybe part of it. Regards Andy
Hi Skipper, I'm really enjoying your Videos, I used to fish out of whitby many years ago, sold all my tackle. Do you provide Tackle and Bait?and how much do you charge please? Regards steve
Hi Andy I know this isn't anything to do with boat fishing. hopefully get out on a boat one day. I do more shore fishing really, i am coming up in a few weeks and bringing my rod with me. i was wondering if you can tell me if it is better to fish the east pier as i am stopping in a cottage near the kipper place. or am i better off going off the west pier. Thanks Danny
Hi Danny. If you’re used to fishing rough ground (rotten bottoms etc) then I’d recommend the East Pier. The West Pier is generally busier with anglers because you’re fishing over a sandy less snaggy bottom, which is much easier to fish. The East is rough and rocky, but receives less attention from anglers who don’t want to walk a bit further and lose any gear. I’d be on the East Pier 👍
Hi Andy that’s useful information thank you I don’t mind loosing the odd weight if there’s a nice cod on the end. Would you fish the very end of the pier or stay on the other pier?
@@dannyleighton3178 You want to be on the pier extension Danny fishing 2 hours before high and 2 after. If you can get on the end, so much the better. Bait-wise, Squid & Black Lugworm or Crab Cart will probably be the most effective for Codling. Hope you get a few fish.
Great Andy Thanks 🎉
Thanks very much Krystian 👍👍

Good stuff mate
Hi Andy, when using a flapper is it 1 hook through the head.
I prefer to just use one larger hook for a flappered bait. Usually a 10/0 or sometimes a 12/0 depending on size of Mackerel 👍
@@whitbywreckandreeffishing thank you Andy, hope to see you in the near future.👍
Mancing ikan diatas perahu , laut luas
Love the WD40 trick will have to give it a go
