The cell search and circuit are fairly easy. The 4.5 beep test wasn’t too bad. Just remember you will have to do it twice. Once before you start the online course and when you are in the in person training. Make sure you practice the beep test. If I can do it at 43 and pass you should be fine. Good luck everyone!
@Taylor White went very well not hard at all, it's exactly what is shown in the video so you'll be more than prepared. I do suggest doing some running just to get your cardio up... I did see some people fail the shuttle run. But overall it's very straight forward and easy
@ShortsBombs-z3i They give you the questions 24 hrs ahead of your interview to allow prep. In my experience when I got the questions I related alot of them to personal experiences in the workplace as well outside of it. That's about all I can give you, don't be too stressed they want you to succeed
I did this test today and I passed the first and third (the shuttle run) but I fell short in the second test. Please what can I do to develop my muscle mass and ability to push/pull the bars and move. I take the actual test in a couple of weeks.

@@oligogroup The practice is always optional. While you don't want to get fatigued before your start, technique is very important on the machines. Specifically, the push/pull component.
This is a great video.. really appreciate the detail! Thank you!

Would you happen to know what the weight is on the push/pull portion of the test? Thanks in advance!
Hi Ash,
The weight for the Push/Pull component for the FITCO is 85 lbs (~38.6 kg)
Where can get training?

Shuttle run is 5.5 ?
The shuttle run standard as part of the FITCO used to be Stage 5.5. However, it was changed to the current standard of Stage 4.5 in May 2020.
