Hello Yogigems. I have been practicing Kriya to Synchronize the Tattvas for three days. It has been a revelation for me. each moment of yoga is a new experience and an adventure to understand the body and mind in different stages of life. This time I discovered this movement as if it were a bird opening and closing its wings, it was sensational. Greetings for sharing your love and wisdom.

This was fab. I couldn't really sit on my heel, maybe because it's so narrow. Sometimes when I sit on my feet, the tops start to hurt, so I have to shift my position. Is the foot supposed to be straight back in that position, or is it all right to curve the foot inward? Or, maybe I should just stay in easy pose. Do you think that some positions are inaccessible due to the way we are made (me with my narrow heels)? Or will the pose come in time?
Sat nam, dear Divine Levine Vegan, thank you for your questions ♥the toes point straight back, but keeping the foot curved is fine to begin as we gradually move our way, through time, towards perfecting the posture. When the top of the foot starts to strain too much, bring it out in front of you (you may then need to sit your hips up on a cushion to maintain your straight spine). The pose will definitely come with practice over time. That said, the main thing is to be kind to yourself and those sweet heels of yours! This pose - mahavirasana - is such a beautiful gift - it stabilises the energy flow to the sex organs and enables us to control our sexual energy, which in turn boosts our willpower and capacity for action and creativity in life. I hope that provides some encouragement to keep going with it. Lots of love 💗
I had to stop this practice... when we were flipping the right hand sitting in squirted position... I barely finished it due to sharp pain in my head that started developing after I finished with left hand... I had to take cold pack and apply to my back neck and head... and then I just continued with deep breathing and kryas, no fire breath. I definitely have something going on as stress pain and my mind is in it, yet I refuse to acknowledge it. I feel mentally strong and in good state... yet my body is so accustomed to stress... there is discord. Yet, I feel this was very powerful, I cannot do it... not in a state i am right now...

I need guidance for you about food . I m vegetarian. My intake is slowly decreasing. I wanted to stop taking tea. I used to hv 3 times during the day. Now I hv stopped afternoon tea. Need your guidance here
Sat nam, dear Sejal, our food intake will naturally decrease as we age and the Sattvic vegetarian diet is best for your yoga practice, so this sounds good. Just be sure that you are drinking plenty of water, and are varying your vegetarian diet so you receive all the nutrients you need. ♥️
Sat nam, dear Sejal, try alternate nostril breathing to balance the surya / sun and Chandra / moon energies. Alternatively, sitali breath can cool the nervous system. ♥️
