Dear Yogigems, Thank you for bringing your goodness and these precious teachings to us. Me, struggling with consistency, committed to 40 days of elevation. On day 24 today - it feels great to do it - even on days when I am waiting until veery late. Initially, I would have thought to get „better“ everyday. When it is really about observing the difference in the body, without labeling it better or anything else. A few questions came up and I am really curious as I am deepening into the practice. - in the wide-angled forward fold over alternate legs: when reaching my big toes, the bending over legs becomes really small. Would you say it is more important to bend deeper or touching the big toe - then with a smaller side bend? - Is it ok to do Ujjayi breath in Child’s pose after Sphinx? Naturally wants to come. - When applying Mula Bandha, there’s a tendency to also activate Uddiyana Bandha. Is that okay or is it really only the root lock? - last: how flexible is Kundalini with little movement explorations in between? Micro-movements, little sways in between postures. For your questions: - alternate wide-angled forward fold: Small side bend is absolutely fine. From my own practice and observation, I have found no problems with it and I don't observe this restriction myself. However, everybody is different - if breath of fire doesn't feel right, take it back to a long, slow deep breath. How do you feel about it?

What can I say.... I am afraid of my cat! She bit me with such angriness while I was chanting .. you know when I do yoga and she is present... I feel at times she is standing behind me as huge cat size of lion ... ready to swallow me... and I am scared of her! LOL Otherwise... I feel so good lately... because I do yoga with your videos almost every day! It was hard at times, but I really like going beyond my capacity to persist... and I persist... if only my cat would be more willing to tolerate my chants! May be I am doing it wrong and she just wants me to do it better???? LOL
