1.Fight within your natural weight limit
    2. Always stay close to fight weight all year round
    3. Never eat late night meals
    4. Little portions of all fruit, veg, protein, fats and carbs
This way you can have your odd cheat treats and not struggle to make weight

Great episode, really informative and deffo useful on the recovery side! Much appreciated!
I'm not vegan or vegi myself, however I've a few mates that are.
Be good to see a video on how to replace the stuff you can only get from meat ordinarily.
Also, thought on peanut butter for replacing chocolate? I've used this for about 10 years now and deffo works for me.

Boxing Science could you please confirm if this is the accurate diet for an amateur Boxer? Or am I missing something
    Breakfast -
Oatmeal with Sliced Bananna and spoonful of Peanut butter and a protein shake.
    Morning Snack -
Arla Protein Yoghurt (Pot) with a handful of nuts or another Bananna.
    Dinner -
Diced chicken breast or Turkey mince mixed with Tricilore Fusilli pasta, with a low calorie tomato pasta sauce.
    Snack-
Grenade protein bar or Apple with Handul of Cashews or Dark Chocolate or another protein shake.
    Dinner-
Lean Beef mince or chicken breast mixed with Rice ( White or vegetable) with Steamed Vegetables.
That is my daily diet of roughly around 3000 calories. Including 3 litres of water daily.
