🎉... TIP - Once your coconut filling is in place, fold in the 2 sides slightly so when you roll it up, the ends look neat and the filling stays in place.

Wslm I'm sure u can leave it out. i didn't create the recipe I found it in my late mom's recipe notes so i really cant say if there's a substitute but I would just leave it out.
Gawa,just asking,why don't you use milk and water instead of just milk.Taste beter with milk,and I use just milk and moe juice or vinegar. I don't use a spatula or anything, I just throw it over as eas in the pan,i use cinnamon an sugar or honey.

Hi I prefer to only use water,it stays soft doesn't get rubbery and still delicious the next day but that's my choice each to there own
