  • This is just a short video, but I hope you enjoy it. I filmed it last year and never actually uploaded it.
I actually timed myself making this piece.
Not including the time took to set up each shot, I spent 1 hour and 55 minutes of actual making time - including the time it took for things to dry sufficiently for me to begin the next stage, and the time it took to swap materials and equipment over on the desk and plug stuff in.
Full disclosure: I already had the square base with the block of blue polystyrene prepared. I made a load of these a while ago and that took me a few minutes per base.
I didn't make this with a specific miniature in mind, otherwise I'd have made it so the base of the mini slotted into the display.
However, this dwarf from the Russian Alternative range is very nice and they were kind enough to gift me a few models last year. russian-alternative.com
In this video I also use some lovely scenic products that were gifted to me by Diorama Presepe. www.dioramapresepe.com
The Foam Fusion was gifted to me a few years ago by Hot Wire Foam Factory and it's very good at sticking foam together, as the name suggests! hotwirefoamfactory.com
Everything else was purchased by me.

I'm not sure ifcyour work inspires me or makes me feel inadequate, lol! Amazing that you did all this in under 2 hours, great work 👍 Prefer when you narrate though.

I love it, I wish I could live there even if it's a (very)small world.

This is so Relaxing and Soothing, Just got back from a New Zealand Trip and it would be awesome if you could create the Haast blue Pools (They were so Beautiful).

Very nice, as always. I do miss the soothing voice, though :).

Amazing as always, you make it look so simple. I have a question, is that type of static grass applicator better than the shaker type?
