What is so special about modge podge? I do warhammer mostly but if you recommend something, i tend to buy it, but ive never gotten around to getting modge podge for adhesive,
There are different types of fillers that can be applied to different thicknesses. I use elastic filler (only by name, it dries just as hard) with some kind of fiber and recommended thickness up to 12 mm (and 8 mm single application) that's so much better than regular plaster.

Ha ha! But I've seen people able to make incredible sculptures with these tools. I've never got the hang of it.

This quick-drying stuff is certainly very good.

You have a hot wire foam cutter. Why didn't you use that to cut the foam instead of the whole knife thing? It doesn't make sense.
