Great video bjam. You and dean daughters both UTTERLY ignored the pads and I just want to make the case for them. First off playing in your parts is mad fun. The pads are plenty big enough to do so. But also, the best aspect of Patterning imo is the RECORD button. You hit record and you play along with your music but not only by playing in your drums but also moving the sliders everywhere across the app. You mentioned the course and fine tuning was kinda useless. But, hit record and drag the course slider around for a few drums and suddenly your drums sound extremely unique. Now move the fine tune around and they sound a little different again. Truly a unique way to get crazy different sounding unique patterns unlike any other app.
I’m glad you like it. I wouldn’t buy a sequencer like patterning to play pads. I can do that in Koala, Sitala, BM3 etc etc etc. The best thing to me about it is sequencing unique patterns. However to each his own. Also the fine tune and course feature are cool but I’m not in to making drums like that. I tend to just use the pitch for slightly varying the sound. I also can use Koala and stack drum sounds to make unique sounds. It’s really all depending on the style of music one is making. I respect your choices though.
"real living". Yea man. Thats why I love what you do.
Thank you. 🙏🏽

Trigger samples idea be cool
I mean it’s super easy to load them. You gotta LFOs and many other options. Why not?
