Just got extremely lucky at a liquidation store by my house, they do bargain bins where everything in them is $5 and they have all kinds of random stuff in them, this past weekend I found a Gan356m brand new in the box and grabbed it for $5. I didn’t have a good cube until now and I love it.
@@MigzRigz739 yea I was super happy, most people that go there aren’t really interested in things like that. One of the workers said it had been in there for a couple days, but no one grabbed it.
11m duo is very very worth it even though you cant change the magnet settings i think they got it right because its so fast when you set it up to be very loose but its still stable
@@notanotheryoutuber9674 I thought the negative reception had more to do with something changed in the piece design that introduced catches. Replacing the springs with magnets shouldn't really affect feel other than total cube weight and maybe slightly less friction.
@@asmc1492 Really? I'm considering the XS since Borromeo mains it. Anyway, I was referring core magnets as Gan's peak. The Leap is just a modified version of it while MagLev is still in its infancy.

Hey thanks for this vid! I fell down the Rubik's cube rabbit hole last month, esp with all of Jperm's awesome vids, and I always grinned when I heard Gan Cube all the time, because Gan is my last name!
@@MiguelSucksAtUrbanism it CAN reverse cornercut but it doesnt cuz of the auto aligning feature. It corrects itself. That’s not a “problem” that’s what it’s supposed to do

I was into speedcubing back in highschool and my guhong went missing recently, so I went to pick up something new. Then I saw all the magnetic levitation and bluetooth cubes. Like, why? Cube technology has gone too far.
just to be clear, the gan 12 is VERY disappointing. catches galore. if you want buy a gan cube, and dont care about the price, get the gan 11 m pro (or duo if you dont care for adjustable magnets).

Not sure why you guys have the GAN 11 M Duo all the way down to $21, but that's so temping I had to pick one up. Excited to finally try a GAN puzzle!
