- These tawny owl chicks are growing up fast. The eldest is now 21 days old. Luna has been such a devoted mother to the three chicks, but perhaps she's beginning to become a little weary of their boundless energy! Enjoy watching them nibble at her foot, stretch tall and bounce around the nest. No wonder she retreats to the quiet of the nest entrance!

I'm so happy that Luna finally got to be a mom to her own chicks, since she was such an amazing one to her adopted babies 🥺 even if they get on her nerves sometimes 😅

It's not until her leg is pulled halfway up the side of her body that she turns quickly "ouch! what are you doing?" Then retreats to the porch, thinking " Bomber, bring dinner any time now, before they eat my toes"
0:10 I lost it when I saw one of her Towlets pulling at her foot. 😂
