Honestly theyre not good at sll compared to most other running shoe brands. Got them myself due to the praise, but theyre so hard on the foot compared to my other shoes. Would not reccomend them at all. Could potentially be good for walking, but running definetly not ideal.

These made my knees feel like they were going inward at try on. Kinda weird but felt good otherwise
Some medium/high arch insoles will help
