Wheal Luna Connection Dig Update Part 2

We went back today to check the dig that we started 2 weeks ago, Again two teams not as many as I would like as only 2 per side. It had collapsed since the last attempt due to more rock falling from above but looks clearer now. I dug back to where about I was before being careful, Didn't pull the plug today as I didn't feel comfortable so a return trip is happening next week. We are more than positive this will drain the lake in Wheal Luna and create a connection point underground between the 2 mines.

We believe it comes out at the bottom of the lake in wheal luna, pulling the plug next week with a small crew.

@@TheMineFerret need to shift all that rock out into the sea. Be interesting to see what beyond. What was that metal ring you found

@@cornishxplora There is still prep work to be done for this but should be able to get it done all at once. It should make for a good through trip from one mine to another once complete, who knows what other secrets lay locked away behind rubble.
