Great simple video for newbies. Everything was very clear to me. I wish the F150’s had an easier way to check the transmission fluid especially with their problematic 6 and 10 spd trannies.
Well,the first thing you say to do while checking the trans. fluid is to make sure the truck is level. Then you tell us to lift the driver side of the truck up,thus making it "unlevel ". This may sound trivial,but really?
I would like to know if you can do a series in the Nissan Murano. I have a 2017. Yesterday I had to change the radiator. It was difficult but it is done. It would of went smoothly if I evacuated and removed the condenser from the A/C system. But being a driveway mechanic I don’t have the machine for it so I cut the old radiator out and squeezed the new one in. There is not much information about this car anywhere. Especially the transmission. Thank you for reading my request.
You want to have the transmission level. They probably had it jacked up either for access, or to make it drain on one side instead of the whole drain pan which is more messy
@@lubovgeorgeable Level means level. You would have to jack up the rear and use a bubble level to determine that! James don't what he is talking about. He is guessing. FYI
Hello. 2017 with 114.000 KM - After 100.000 in dealer was done a coolant change Low level at 10.000 km. Refill Now at 114.000 the same. Air pockets????

You have jacked up the vehicle on one side during the video, then say make sure I'm on level ground. So which is it? Thanks

Says check trans oil level when vehicle is level. Why is it on a jack stand then?
