Sucks, I had just had the idea to do cover entire game today and came on here to make sure no one had beat me to it (aside from crappy DJ "remixes") - and then I see you guys not only did it years ago, but did it extremely well to the point that my attempt would be redundant- you really appreciate how well composed these songs are when you take them out of the 8 bit context. Awesome work, guys! Ill be checking more out. I originally wanted to do Crash man tho so there still is something for me!
One of my favourite mega man games of all time. These guys are all equally talented. The bassist can keep that steady driving rhythm like nobody's business and they keyboardist had some sweet fills.
It's nice to know that so many people appreciate classic Mega Man music. I'll never forget Wood Man's theme song for the rest of my life...unless I become senile.
Just amazing how those old tunes were written in (8 bit?) format with computers that couldn't properly run some of the audio tracker programs. I think how complex the music is says alot about how much love the creators put into creating it.
WOW, YOU GUYS ROCKS!! VERY WELL DONE COVERS! I ENJOYED THEM VERY MUCH! A couple of mistakes here and there but still NEAR EXCELLENT! Keep going and thanks you for sharing this to the world!
The beginning was almost tear jerking because it just made the memories come flooding back to my VEYR early childhood. Good job you guys. Can you do MM3 as well? That one had the best music IMO.
So good! It's almost unfortunate that the score for this game was written so well; with the standard size of today's bands, there's so much melody and harmony to cover and so little hand-span to do it! Incredible job I must say, and if I could put these tempi onto the video games live medley, it'd be pretty epic. haha
Love it. Dr.Wily theme was off the chain. 5* Anyone notice how Crash Man's music hardly ever gets performed by any cover bands? Def one of MM2's strongest tunes, would love to hear it remixed
Ooo, excellent and awesome flashman cover! I still just LOVED the rest of it as well. But the flashman music...that was the best song in there in my opinion. The dr. willy stage 1 music was awesome as well...heck, I liked the whole thing! As long as it's megaman, it's awesome XD Most of it anyways.
I can name 3 bassists that could play it without a pick, all using different techniques: Billy Sheehan (standard 3 finger playing), Victor Wooten (Thumb down and 3 up pop technique), and Bryan Beller (essentially uses his fingers like they're a pick). They're all really really good lol.
snake 2006..You may have played MM2 many times but how many times you have played some instrument? Maybe its not meant to be like 100% cover with same tempo and everything? And i think it sounds little bass filled cause the cameras microphone? i still like it much ^^ thank you to people who play covers like this..NES 4EVAH! ^^
wow there was at least 1 measure in every section of that song that the bassist didn't know how to play right. none the less good job, nice live video. the sound was well recorded that night
I'm on a project right on wich we do 6 Mario Bros songs, 3 megaman, 6 zelda's and then at last, one in Snowboard kids 2. It's gonna be out on you tube soon. And dude great performance tought i hate how the bass sounded detuned...
Anyone who has ever done a show and tried to record it with a camera knows that you're not going to get the best sound possible from one camera speaker. bass frequencies overpower and overload the mics. quit complaining about the poor sound quality and enjoy the fact that these dudes are amazing.
My childhood jugando esta cosa haha el mejor soundtrack siempre lo a tenido megaman y muchos juegos de capcom simple pero muy buenos que todo mundo les quiere hacer covers :P
Maybe the bass sounded different live but the uploader maybe could have fiddled with the frequencies a little to stop the lower register drownign out the other instruments.
just think with Guitar Hero World tour and the song creator people could do this kind of stuff and gamers would get to play it. That would be fun. being an old school gamer myself I love those classic tunes.
true, they would probably be able to pull it of. but then only of those 3 i think victor wooten would come closest to slapping it, maybe mark king as well.
Still listening and enjoying in summer 2019!

Great Job! Megaman 2 was really the only Megaman game I bought when it first came out. Best video game soundtrack ever. Thanks for the cover work!
Amazing band!!! Nostalgic game, comment from Brazil in 2016.
It's nice to know that so many people appreciate classic Mega Man music. I'll never forget Wood Man's theme song for the rest of my life...unless I become senile.
amazing, the drum sounds so perfect, i`m into the video games covering with my friends and VGCB inspired me so much...
Keep the good work.!!

i would really love to go see you guys play. This was just perfect!
Awesome! You guys rock! Brought so many good memories from my childhood years... EPIC! :)
WOW, YOU GUYS ROCKS!! VERY WELL DONE COVERS! I ENJOYED THEM VERY MUCH! A couple of mistakes here and there but still NEAR EXCELLENT! Keep going and thanks you for sharing this to the world!
you guys are awesome and are the best video game based band i ever heard
i have heard many covers of many of the same songs from different bands, this is probably one of my favourites. Good contrast of hard and soft.
Awesome performance...would love to see you guys do a megaman 3 medley as well
I've heard this about 100 times... still rocks so hard.
So sick, you guys are awesome! Come to Pittsburgh, PA!!
The beginning was almost tear jerking because it just made the memories come flooding back to my VEYR early childhood. Good job you guys. Can you do MM3 as well? That one had the best music IMO.
wow this kicks ass! Awesome, I always wished I could do this in a band. Maybe it'll happen someday lol. You guys are amazing!
This brings back so many great memories! Rock on!

Very Nice! I m from Brazil and everybody here likes megaman´s songs. I hope you guys playing megaman 3!
Awesome. I enjoyed each song they performed. Especially the Robotic Dragon's theme.
You rock my day... with your music!
Love it. Dr.Wily theme was off the chain. 5*
Anyone notice how Crash Man's music hardly ever gets performed by any cover bands? Def one of MM2's strongest tunes, would love to hear it remixed
Ah...memories of the late 80's...rock on guys!
Great covers ... these guys are right up there with The Minibosses.
w00t!!
now see, this is real music. it speaks right to so many people's hearts =D
thanks for loving games and Capcom and MegaMan!
hahaha =)
Nice little prelude to Metalman. :D I was wondering what part of Megaman 2 it was until I heard the rest.
Metal Man... best music ever!!!
Order of the Medley:
Intro
Wood Man
Flash Man
Metal Man
Bubble Man
Wily 1
Crash Man doesn't get enough love from Cover Bands.
I WANTED TO CRY WHEN I HEARD BUBBLE MAN!
My childhood flashed before my eyes
u guys nailed Wood Man theme and Wilys theme and Bubbe man stage!!!!!!! good job!!!!
Agreed. The 'Crash Man' theme is MY favorite tune of the lot, but this is an excellent arrangement, nonetheless.
Definitely favorited.
Ooo, excellent and awesome flashman cover! I still just LOVED the rest of it as well. But the flashman music...that was the best song in there in my opinion. The dr. willy stage 1 music was awesome as well...heck, I liked the whole thing! As long as it's megaman, it's awesome XD Most of it anyways.
ahh Flashman!!! Awesome!!! I want my childhood back!!
Excellent medley
The bubble man stage segment was fucking awesome
I fucking love you guys! Megaman 2 and 3 are my favorite games ever!
Incredible, so faithful to the originals!
awsome cover guys this crazy

Flipping awesome.
Nice Medley! Nice music!!
Awesome band!!!
Great stuff congratulations
Ye, i got goose bumps all over when i heard that.
@metalfaru i could not agree more MegaMan 2 is one the greatest games of all time
7:10 pure pwnage!
Also, I love the beginning.
Overall, awesome performance! 5 star easily
Megaman 2 is fo sho' the game with the best music!
I'm on a project right on wich we do 6 Mario Bros songs, 3 megaman, 6 zelda's and then at last, one in Snowboard kids 2. It's gonna be out on you tube soon. And dude great performance tought i hate how the bass sounded detuned...
This kicks so much ass!!
I'm also a bass player and i say this bassist guy is gooood! Sick 10 stars
Wow !!! Thats cool !!!
5 stars for this video !!!
Haha, pure epicness if you played the game... man loved that game!
Next you guys need to do a Mega Man 3 Medley
that bass is ROCKIN!
You guys are doing great. But where is the mid section of bubbleman? Where it plays the fast section of descending half-tones super fast? That's key.
Anyone who has ever done a show and tried to record it with a camera knows that you're not going to get the best sound possible from one camera speaker. bass frequencies overpower and overload the mics. quit complaining about the poor sound quality and enjoy the fact that these dudes are amazing.
Best Nintendo Game Music Award!!
AWESOME !!!
awesome! good job guys
totally agree... a vocoder or talk box would be awesome.. or just a mic
My childhood jugando esta cosa haha el mejor soundtrack siempre lo a tenido megaman y muchos juegos de capcom simple pero muy buenos que todo mundo les quiere hacer covers :P
they should totally have this for rock band 2, would be amazing!!
Far out, would love to hear Air Man and Heat Man stages. The human voice could fill in the missing parts of a few of the songs.
This simply blow out my brain...
megaman 2 music is just awesome :P
amazing dudes
lol same, but i think the camera-man might have been standing in front/near the bass amp
Bubble man's stage and the last stage are especially good.
great megaman 2 forever
A thousand likes from me
That bass is air tight. F#cking sweet.
Great songs performed greatly, only problem is the lead guitar was too quiet to make out a lot of the time. Keep up the good work guys.
Awesome!
YEAAAAAAAH Rockman 2 musics are just the best soundtrack ever made in video games !
ROCK YOUUUUUU DUUUUUUUUDE !!!
Fucking amazing :p
Check out bit brigade guy plays mega man live on stage while band plays game beginning to end.
Dam that Flashman cover kicks ass!!!
Maybe the bass sounded different live but the uploader maybe could have fiddled with the frequencies a little to stop the lower register drownign out the other instruments.
I'm actually glad that the bass can be heard for once. I know bass is mostly rhythm but fuck if that means that it should barely be heard.
The bassist shines.
what? it's mega man. the bass runs the show. i'm just glad the guitar and synth could keep up.
so nice
Holly fucking shit! This is God's music! The soundtrack of my late years....
amazing, marvelous, etc rs
Oh yeah I forgot to Mention before good job on the Metal Man stage too.
just think with Guitar Hero World tour and the song creator people could do this kind of stuff and gamers would get to play it. That would be fun. being an old school gamer myself I love those classic tunes.
true, they would probably be able to pull it of.
but then only of those 3 i think victor wooten would come closest to slapping it, maybe mark king as well.
OMG I LOVE IT
